<프롤로그>
<Prologue>
I feel that I have lived like a plant in a greenhouse.
It was a quiet and peaceful time.
Looking back, however, I realize that this peace was less about strength
and more about a time when I knew little about the world.
When the direction of my life changed,
I was faced with an illness I had never expected.
My familiar everyday life changed,
and I began to look differently at things I had once taken for granted.
It took time to accept the changes in both my body and mind
and to understand the person I had become.
As I moved through that time,
the way I looked at life and my emotions slowly began to change.
These writings and works are about the fragments of emotions
I encountered along the way.

I am born and meet myself.
Nothing has been filled,
yet, by its very existence, it is already alive.

I began to grow.
Small pieces stay around me.
They are simply unfamiliar and awkward but exciting.

I did not notice my own wavering because of the small pieces.
Without knowing what the pieces were I swayed even in the slightest breeze. Enclosed within that sense of anticipation everything simply passed.

I faced the pieces but could not accept them.
The pieces were before me but I turned away in the end.

I had to keep living.
I pulled my broken body back to its feet.
Even as I lived my heart could not embrace the pieces.
It remained within an empty echo.

At the end of turning away
I faced countless pieces.
I curled up endured and remained silent.
Even in moments of pain all I could do was watch.
Now I just want to sit down and rest.

Realization.
I embraced the scattered pieces and slowly rose again.
What I once feared and tried to avoid,
what I wished I could erase,
has now become the strength that lifts me.
I found myself standing once again where I had fallen.

United as One.
Embracing the scattered pieces,
a complete form emerged.
Beyond the time of avoidance,
I had finally become whole.

Letting go, I no longer hold on.
I let the pieces flow where they will.
Some remain,
some drift away.
As they cycle through each day,
life continues on.
